Thomas Baugh married Mary Farley 1688

I seek information about any descendants of Thomas Baugh who married Mary Farley, daughter of John and Mary Farley, in 1688 in Henrico County, VA. Thomas is the son of William Baugh, Jr and grandson of William Baugh, the immigrant who came from England in 1639.
Thomas died about 1751 and Mary died about 1750. Mary received land from her father in 1705 or 1708 in what is now a part of Chesterfield County, VA.
