Jacob Bowman 1718 - 1803

According to Emmert Bittinger, Jacob came to Pennsylvania in 1737 aboard the Charming Nancy, settled in now Lebanon County near my immigrant grandfather, Johannes Bauman. He left for Maryland about 1770, Married 1 Varena 2 Barbara3Catherine Wine.
About 1778 he moved to Linville Creek Va, present day Broadway, Rockingham County.

Johannes named three sons in his will of 1785, Abraham, Henry and Jacob.

Jacob and Johannes might be brothers.
