The Alexander Beale in Barbados can be found in records transcribed of Ashford Manor Court in the Kent Archaeological Society records as the Son of Richard Beale 1 of Hale Place. He is said to have married 1st Martha Curtis. He married 2nd Rebecca Pomfret. [she had been previously married]
He is mentioned in 4 wills in Barbados from 1680 - 1683.He is recorded owning 111 acres in 1680 in St John.In 1683 he also leased Newton Plantation. He was the subject of a suit by Barbara Newton [of Barbados] in 1691 regarding the lease of above property [in Barbados].
The Kent properties of Richard 1 descended 1st to Alexander's brother Richard[no issue] then to Alexander's son Richard, then to Alexander's grandson Alexander - son of son Alexander.
There is no burial record for him in Barbados that I have found -
He is not mentioned in the will of his wife - The will of his wife mentions 3 Beale sons - Richard, Alexander & Francis. She died in Barbados in 1698.
