Many of us over at the Moody page have been searching for a Lot of answers regarding this aloof Clement Moody line.
I don't have a thing for you regarding Wm. Smith and Sarah Bean but I find it ironic that Scribner's father Clement Moody married 2nd to a Mrs. Margaret SMITH, and that Scribner's brother Samuel, had a daughter Betsey thatmarried a John BEAN.There just Has to be a connection among these families as back then they all seemed to inter-marry and stick together.
