I am the "woman" whom Lee Murrah refers to regarding the Bearce research who went went to the Library of Congress and found much information in the rare books and manuscripts division regarding the Native Americans and others of the Bearce line and many other lines.I was the person he refered to who discussed the accuracy of Jacobus with the librarians.Lee took his information from my lectures and seminars and the book I wrote, A TUNE IN THE AIR, A Research Guide of the Indians, Black Indians, Colonists and Vikings of the East Coast.I have spent more that 40 years compiling genealogies of the families of the east coast and have linked all of the east coast tribes from Floride to Canada into one family showing intermarriages between the tribes with several thousand individuals in my data bank which I have personally researched. My sources are diaries, Family Bibles, memorized genealogies, and historical references since few actual records were available.I cover the "pre-literary) periods from 1100 to 1850.Please contact me for specific information regarding various individuals.Although most of my information is temporarily in a storage unit until I move, I can offer some help and information.Mary G.
