L.T. Beard m. Mary White Iowa 1857

I am searching for the descendents of, vital stats on and anything known about L.T. Beard (Lazarus Tomlinson) and Mary E. Whites' adopted children, Alice Bell Beard and John E.Beard.
L.T. was born in Ohio in 1830 and married Mary E. White (b. 1832 in Lisbon ME) on 25 July 1857.
I would also like to know the dates and circumstances of LT's and Mary's deaths.Anything known would be appreciated.
