The names you mention are not familiar but, my greatgrandfather was Wesley Palmer Beard and his father was Daniel Carter Beard.Both were from S. Carolina. Do you have anyinformation about them? Desparately seeking for any thing that might link them to migration from S.C. to Arkansas. Specifically Crittenden Co. or Cross Co.
