My GGGrandfather, William Beard b 1881 - d 1888 moved from Rockingham Cty to Highland County Ohio and married Eliza Irwin.Could your Charles be my gggrandfather's father?Wm had a 9 children one of which was named Charles.Please E-Mail any information.
