ALFRED BEARD/MO

Sure hope someone can help me.

I am searching for any ancestors of Alfred Beard, born in PA, 1849 and settled in MO.
Alfred supposedly changed his name from Bear to Beard.

Believe his wife could have been Dora, and possibly a daughter named Etha.Not sure if this is correct info.
