Hallelujah !!! I have been going around and around with other Beard Family. I would love to see what the letter stated. Did you make a copy ? Will or can you retype it and email it to me. It has been past down that William Beard Married Margeart Blackstock and in his Pension papers he stated that he was Brothers to Francis and Robert Beard we know of one other brother whom lived in Alabama but did not give his name.
Yes I do have William history But we are looking for his parnets also there are a few of us. I am going to send them an email about your find on the Blackstock. Oh I forgot to tell you that William stated that Capt Irwin was his mother brother.
