Re: Philip Beard/Philip Bird, Stowupland, Su

I believe the Philip Beard you refer to was one of my ancestors. He was born in Stowupland in 1786, and his parents were Philip and Susanna Beard. Philip Senior was born 17th Dec. 1762 and died in 1840. He married his wife Susanna (nee Pyman)in 1786. They had three other children -Johnathan born 1789 (my gg grandfather),Mary born 1791 and John born 1792.
Philip senior's father was Charles, born 26th Feb. 1726. He married Ann Perzy on 3rd Nov. 1748.
I know nothing of Charle's parents apart from their names - Charles and Mary.
If you have traced this line further back I would love to know.
