I sent a letter to Frank Cowles some time ago, but my letter waas returned marked "no such person at this address".I have also tried several directories with no luck.I assume that he is dead.If you should happen to find a copy, I would be very interested to have one also.Thank you for replying via Genforum.Are you a Beard/Baird descendant?
