In the Name of God Amen I Israll Moor Senr* of Singletons Creek on the North East side of Watree River in Camden Difstrict in the State of South Carolina Being well stricken in years & Weak in Body but of sound Memory (Blefsed be god) do this Tenth day of April In the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and Eighty Make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) First I give and Bequeath to my son Samuel Moor & to his Heirs Lineally descending from him one hundred Acres of Land he now lives on with all the Appurtenances being part of my Tract of three Hundred Acres situate on singletons Creek aforesaid Also I give & Bequeath to my son Israel Moor the sum of Ten Shillings Current Money of south Carolina to be paid him or his Heirs by my Exr* Also I Give and Bequeath to my son Richard Moor the sum of ten Shillings Current Money of South Carolina Also I leave give and Bequeath to the Heirs of my late Daughter Elizabeth Kimbal otherwise Moor the sum of thirty Shillings Current Money of the State aforesaid Also I give and bequeath to my Daughter Jane Mc* Cullough Otherwise Moor the sum of Ten shillings like Current Money of the state aforesd* Also I give leave & Bequeath to my Daughter Christian Marshall otherwise Moor the sum of Ten Shillings Current Money of the State aforesaid Also I give and Bequeath to my Daughter Agnes Beard otherwise Moor the sum of Ten Shillings Current Money of the State aforesaid Also I give leave and Bequeath to my Daughter Elinor Moor the Young Sorrel Mare with what Cattle & Sheep she is now pofsefsed of and that She shall have Meat Drink & Lodging in my House and of the Increase or Produce of my Plantation while She continues a Single Woman Also I give leave and Bequeath to Loving Wife Two Milch Cows with their two Calves with her Bed and Furniture or Clothing of the same her Wheel and Cheque Reel and Chair And Lastly I give and bequeath to my son John Moor the

Whole Remainder of my Land being Two Hundred Acres with the whole Plantation and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging and unto his Heirs for Ever always providing that if the said John should die without Legal Ifsue that then the said Two Hundred acres Should be equally divided between my two Daughters Agnes Moor other wise Beard and my Daughter Elinor Moore to be held and Enjoyed by them & their Heirs lineally decending from them and if it should happen that they or either of them should die without Ifsue that then and is such Case it should be held and Enjoyed by the Heirs of my son Samuel Moor I also give leave and Bequeath the remainder of my goods and Chattles to my said son John Moor and I make and ordain my said Son John Moor the sole Executor of this my last will and Testament.
