Beards of Bedfordshire, England

Hi!Any info about Beards from Bedfordshire (or surrounding areas) would be appreciated.

My Earliest Beard is a Richard Beard from Wooton-By-Bedford in Bedfordshire. He had (apparently) two sons:- Richard and Samuel. The son Richard married Anna Maria DAY and moved to Cardington. Later, one of their children moved to Haynes. One of their descendants Joshua William Beard married Elizabeth Dixon MALLOWS. They brought their children to Victoria, Australia on the "Indian Queen". One of their sons Henry married Caroline CREASE (and others) and moved from Queensland to Western Australia. Henry was my Great-grandfather. Another of Joshua and Elizabeth's sons Charles stayed in Victoria and has many descendents there - including Gwlad McLachlan (nee Beard). Gwlad and I have both put our family trees onto the Victorian Government website called "First Families 2001".
