I don't have any information on the Beard family.....sorry that I can't help you with any other info at this time.All that I have is that Frank Beard of Porum, Ok was present during the marriage of my Oscar L. Herd/Hurd.My grandmother told me that Oscar lived with the Beard family prior to his marriage to her mother.She thought they were some how related but wasn't sure.We don't have much info on Oscar but can tell you that he was born in Tx as well.If I happen to find anything that may aid in your research I will forward it to you.Good Luck And Thanks for the Response.
