I Micajah Estes of the County of Fayette and State of Illinois Being weak in boddy but of sound mind and memory do make ordain and establish this to be my last will and testament herby revoking all others and I do herby apoint John Lawler to be the executor of this my last will and testament.
1st.it is my will that all my just debts bee paid that surfficiant of my persional propertybee sold for that purpose.
2.after the payment of all my just debts, and funeral expences, I do herby devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, and labon Estes my beloved son, the farm and improvements there on on which I now live known as Number 1790 the Southwest quarter fo Section number 25 township number 7 North of the bou(?) line in Range number one west of the third princeblal(?) Meridian containing eighty acres during

Know all men by these presents that we John Lawler, John B. Cross, John Morelo,John Brown and Harvey Cuningham of the county of Fayette and State of Illinois in (unreadable) and firmly bound unto the State of Illinois in the penal(?) sum of one thousand Dollars current money of the United States, which payment well and truly to be made and performed, we are each of us bind our selves, our heirs, executors, and administrators, jointly severaly, and finaly by these presents: Witness our hand, and seal, this 1st day of December 1834.
The condition of the above obligation is such that those if the above boind. John Lawler Executor of the last will and testament of Michajah Estes--deceased do make and cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods and chatels, rights and credits, lands, tenements, and here detaments, and the rents and profits, (unreadable) out of the same of the said deceased which have or shall come to the hands, possession, or knowledge of the said John Lawler, or in the possessio of any other person for him, and the sums so made do exhibit in the court of probate for the said county of Fayette as required law, and also make, and tender a fair and (unreadable) account of his aetinss(?) and doing as such executor to said court, when then unto lawfully required, and to well and truly fulfill the duties enjoined upon him in and by the said will; and shall more over (unreadable) and deliver to the persons in titled then to all the legacies and bequests contianed in said will, so far as the estate of the said testator, will then nto extend (unreadable) to the value there of and as the law shall charge him, and sall in genreal do all other acts which may from time to time be required of him by law, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue" Signed
