St.Joseph Co/Indiana/Bennett

I am searching for A.J.Bennet who was listed in the 1860 St. Joseph Co census, born 1835 in Indiana, wife was Ester born 1837 in Ohio. Two children listed:Mary Emeline born 1855 Indiana and Ida born 1859 Indiana. Mary Emeline married Benjamin Smith in 1876. Children of this marriage were: Harvey, Chloe, Lena, Ruby, Harry. I have not been able to find them on any other census. I have the US 1880 census and have searched every Bennet[t]family.
