Mr great grandfather was William Bennington, born Feb 6, 1851 in Wigtoft, Lincolnshire, England. He was married to Mary Favell born in Swineshead Sep 28, 1824. They moved to the U.S. in 1879.His father was James Bennington b 1819 Wigtoft.Do Wigtoft and Swinesheadexist today and does this relate to your Bennington line? I do have information which goes back four more generations if you are interested, contact me.
