I was unable to find a trace of Bazil (Basile, I believe) and his mother's name as Elipper Fountain in Quebec so they may have married in the US. I do feel Basile may be Acadian, as this name is very popular with Acadians. Benoit the Livernois types have a liking for Antoine. Just a hunch.
