Wendy,Information I received some years ago from Mary Smallman of Hermon, NY states that Mendoza and Ames/Amos Benoit were sons of Samuel and Delora/Delosa/Adalora (Belanger) Benoit or Benware.Mendoza is listed as born 13 Mar 1908, Montreal PQ.Amos Wayne b. 10 Nov 1919 Piercefield NY. That is all I know about that line, except that till now I have found no connection with my own Benoit-Vaillancourt ancestors, though that does not mean there is not one someplace farther back.Barbara Benware Burt at prospect@email.msn.com
