Bernals from Arandas Jalisco

My gr-grandmother was Ygnacia Bernal-Velasquez, born 1867 in Arandas, Jalisco Mexico. Her parents were Esiquio Bernal (born abt 1840)& Vicenta Velasquez. Esiquio's parents were Antonio Bernal (born abt 1800) & Alvina Macias of Arandas. I have no information about Antonio and his wife Alvina. I am trying to find out if they came from Spain or were they born in Mexico. If anyone knows anything about these Bernals please help me out... Thank you
