I have distant relatives with that spelling that immigrated from Denmark not sure when.
They lived in Spencer Iowa I believe. An aunt of my mothers married into the family and moved to N.Y. back in the 1890's. I have since made contact with the descendents of this family. They are in New
Jersey now.Some may still be in the N.Y. area.
