William Bertram, 1779, Stobo, Scotland

I'm looking for information about William Bertram, b. 16 March 1779 in Stobo, Peebles, Scotland, to Alexander and Katrine LAWSON BERTRAM.He died in Stobo 23 May 1843.He married Elizabeth Smith, and they had 9 children.The child I am tracing is Jean, who married Roger DAVIDSON.If anyone has information about this family, especially about Alexander and Katrine, or if I can help someone with what I already know, let me know.Linda in Utah
