My Elizabeth Bertram was born May 9, 1809, married George Purvis (both from Berwickshire), bore 6 kids, and died May 19, 1866 in Vernon WI. Hard to believe there were 2 with same name, place of birth and death, yet had different husbands--unless she was widowed, then married George Purvis.
