Don't know if this will help you, but I found Freeman Barton listed in the 1920 census with his wife name Fleney or (Phelanie listed earlier census)Their is also another Freeman listed, but I can't find in my notes right now.Check the census for Franklin co.
1920 living on West Street, Malone, NY
and before that living in Burke--Hope this helps
