I have a David and Desire Bertand that I suppose were born in Quebec, Canada. Their father was Louis Bertrand And Mother was Amable Lamadeine. David Bertand Moved to Ny, in the town of Bangor. In Franklin County. Changed name to Barton, or at least went by this name. and different variations of the name including Batrow.
