She was born in Dodge County, Wisconsin.Do not have any dates of birth.Had three children, Elmer b. April 20, 1886 in Mayville; Lila and Lily born May 8, 1888 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Marriage record shows father's name as Lewis Best and mother as Elizabeth.
