Bettencourt or Fragus

Im looking for info on a Albert Bettencourt from Point Reyes Ca in 1910 he is listed as the brother in-law of Joseph Fragus. Albert might have been in Merced in 1920 and had a Joe Mattos. Joseph Fragus moved to the Fresno Ca by 1920.
