Re: Liverpool Bewley's

There is little doubt that you are connected to the Bewleys of Dublin and then, further back, to the Bewleys of Cumberland.
My great great great grandfather John Bewley of Liverpool (1786-1855) came from Ireland to Liverpool (his grandfather was Thomas Bewley of Edenberry); and a cousin of my grandfather, Herbert Neville Bewley, was to become Mayor of Liverpool some time in the 2nd half of the 20th Century.
