Bickle - Baber - Thomas connection

AMargaret Bickle Thomas was the daughter of Kemp Thomas and Nancy Baber. She was born in the 1830's in Wythe Co., Va., and died 1924 in Crocket, Va., the widow of Waymon Creager.
Wondering if anyone knows what the connection may be with the name Bickle to either the Thomas family or Baber family.Margaret's father Kemp Thomas was the son of David and Anne Rhodes Thomas. Margaret's mother Nancy Baber was the daughter of John and Mary Baber.
