Update:
Just received more data on my paternal great grandfather, (Thomas Bigelow, b.1842):
According to the 1880 Census, his wife was Mary A. Bigelow and they had two children John F. Bigelow who at time time of this census was 6 yrs old and Mary E. Bigelow who was 11 yrs. old.
It appears that my great granfather had two marriages, based on the significant age differences between his children (John F. and Mary E. Bigelow) reported in the 1880 Census and his other two sons (Thomas Bigelow, b. Apr. 1891 and William Bigelow, b. Aug. 28, 1892 - d. March 1967) reported in the 1900 Census.
I truly appreciate the efforts that total stangers have been providing me with thanks to Genealogy.com
Thanks to all of you, hopefully someday one of these Bigelow relatives will contact me and I will be able to fully trace my paternal family.
Sincerely,
Madeline Bigelow
