Mapping out interconnections

I am descended from John the immigrant Bigelow and his wife Mary Warren twice. Abigail's line evolved into the Gregory s on my fathers sideand Samuel's line into the Bebees on my mothers side.Back in the beginning in Watertown there were also Flaggs, Newtons, and Warrens I am also descended from the Eastham Warrens. I keep my tree in Family Tree maker.How can I display all these tangled connectionsso I can understand them???Most of you Bigelowpeoplemust have equal tangles.How to describe them?
