The only suspected sibling I have is Hardage Billings.He appears in close proximity to Sarah Jane and Nicholas on the 1880 census of Tod Twp., Crawford County, OH.He is about three years older than Sarah.They were both born in OH, BUT he gave VA as father's birthplace and OH as mother's, while she gave VA for both.
I'm having a tough time with these folks, as you can see.I'll let you know if I come up with anything that might match your info.Thanks.
