A relative shows William Peterman's parents to be George Washington Peterman (b. 1750) and Sarah Lincoln.George Peterman was the son of George Peyterrmann who was born in Germany.I don't know her source.I am a Nancy Peterman/Benjamin Bilyeu descendant.
