I have looked at the Drouin film and clearly it states the parentage that you suggest.I also see that it clearly denotes his patrynom as LECLERC and that she is GENEVIEVE BINET.

I have notedmy files to reflect the record of theparish as shown in the Drouin Films which mostly agree with your input.
