The 1930 census of the City of Lancaster lists David L. Binkley 20 as the step-son of the head of household John N. Judge. His wife is listed as Alberta 40 and she married the first time at age 23.
The 1920 census of Valley Twp., Chester County shows David L. Binkley 10 as the step son of Frank S. Miller 40. His wife is listed as Alverta 30.
The 1910 census of Martic Twp., Lancaster County lists David L. Binkely 6/12 as the grandson of Isaac D. Leaman. Living with them is his daughter Alberta 20.
It looks like Alberta had David out-of-wedlock. She married Frank Miller ca 1913 and then later married John Judge. It also looks like John was married to someone else himself in 1920.
