From the Green Co., TN courthouse. Elender Black decd.7 May 1860 page 208. I Elender Black being of Sound and perfect mind do this day make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows viz. First my will is that after my demise all my just debts to be paid out of my estate. Second I will and bequesth unto Elender Bowling formerly Elender Black a part of my land & bounded as follows Beginning on a perssmon tree near the South East corner of a field near the grave yard, also being near the corner of the lease now held by Edmund Bowling thence Northward with the fence made by said Boling and the same corner continued to the big road and with the road toward Scotts Mill to the branch thence with the branch to the widow Hurleys line, Thence with her line to Richard Wilkinsons corner, Thence a direct line to the corner of the fence where the above named Boling lease join the field now cultivated by Daniel Kesterson thence with the dividing fence to the Beginning The above Specified Elender Boling to have the use and benifit of the said land above bounded during her natural life and after her death to be property of her children. In witness where of I have herunder Subscribed my name and affaced my Seal This August 25th 1859.
