Jean BOIViN aka John DRINKWINE b ABT 1831 St. Marie PQ. John DRINKWINE moved to Brewer, after having shipped off the banks of newfoundland since he was 13, he stayed there 4 years and at some point during that time he married Henrietta MORIN. I found out today from another source that she may have married Peter CHASE 1852 or 1853. Peter may have died at sea. After his death Henrietta must have married my gggrandfather John DRINKWINE and then moved to Skowhegan where they proceded to have several children. At some point all but one child, my ggrandmother Lillian (Lillia) BOIVIN b. 7 Sept 1869 d. 1954 Skowhegan, died of TB. No one seems to know how Henrietta died. But, John remarried a Mrs. HUNTER.
I just recieved this information:
"John DRINKWINE age 25 in the 1860 census of Penobscot Co., Orone Twnp. page 961. He was from Canada and single at that time."
John DRINKWINE appeared in skowhegan married to Henrietta MORIN at the age of 29 so that would put her second marriage sometime between 1860-1864.
I'm looking for any information at all regarding any of the names here.
