RAYMOND BOIVIN AUG 18 1916 WASHINGTON

I'm looking for any information on RAYMOND BOIVIN. His parents were LOUIS and ADA BOIVIN. I'm pretty sure that Raymond was born on an indian reserve somewhere near Camas Washington. He married PIERETTE on May 4, 1940 in Hull, Quebec. He passed away on July 11, 1980 in Oshawa, Ontario. Any information on his birth or anything else is greatly appreciated, (a birth place or where to find a birth certificate would be oh so nice). Thank You.
