Boley, St. Marys, W.Va.

My grandparents were Rosamund and Margie Boley from St. Marys. Rosamund had a bro. Ray, from Newport, OH. Margie was from East Liverpool OH. I think ~Rosamund"s mother's name was Fanny Whitehair. Can anyone help me get started researching this family?
