This uncertainty re: PA or VA occurs in other sources as well...
Portrait and Biographical Album of Lee County, Iowa, 1887, article on John Boley, reports PA
but 36. Biographical & Historical Sovenier for Counties of Clark, Harrison, etc, IN, pt 2, pg. 152. say VAboth in reference to the same Isaac Boley... though in the Lee County IA item it is on one of his desendents and makes reference back to him...Is there a possibility that PA was point of entry and that they ended up in virginia for a short time before settling in INI'm too far away to do a good search on this... at this point... but agree that this needs to be researched...blessings! Ann ps I have about 4 different spellings of Jammison none of which are spelled Jammison what is your source for this spelling, and for the wedding and for her as I've always been unable to find anything on her... then again I've not been able to search locallin in IN or KY....
