As far as I have been able to determine, all Bollees from the Netherlands are related to one another. The challenge is to figure out how your family fits in with the rest. A brother of my greatgrandfather was called Willem Jacobus, so possibly your family are his descendents.
Do you have any information on your father's father and grandfather? That would be of great help, I think.
