Frederick Boley Germany to Crawford, PA

Does anyone have any info on Frederick Boley who was 62 yrs.in the 1880 census in Crawford Co., PA. His wife shows up as Mary (from Ireland)age 38 in the 1880 census and as Caroline in the 1900 census. He had at least 2 daughters, Mary Ellen b. abt 1865 and Agnes b. abt. 1871. Frederick and wife show up in 1900 in the Crawford o., PA alms house. What happened to them or Agnes?
