I found a Theodore Bonstein in 1890 Easton, living at 516 1/4 Pine St, listed with him is a Mary E. Bonstein, William E. Bonstein and a Gertrude I, perhaps you could check this out, that is all the info I found so far, but it sounds like the time span period you are interested in.
Will let you know if I can find anything else.
