William Boon,Oldham King George Deed Book (1773-1783)
Anyone know what family this William Boon might be from? I know down the road in KY my Pittman family married in the Daniel Boone family. VerlinaPittman, granddaughter of Thomas Pittman, Jr m. Rachael Berry m. Greenup Dotson and another sister or cousin m. a Dotson(both grandsons of Daniel Boone). Thomas Pittman was an Indian spy for Daniel Boone and he and his brother,Wiliam “Longhunter” Pittman fought along side Daniel Boone in the Lord Dunsmore War in Va. These Webbsbelow are family relation. William”Longhunter” Pittman’s wife, Sara “Sally” Webb Pittmanwas relation to the Webbs. But I can’t say this is one of that Boon’s family. Seems like the Oldhams later in KY married into the Daniel Boone family?
