Mary Borum, Jacob Borum, PA

I am looking for info on Mary Borum [Boorem, Boram ] b. 1795 d. 1872, she lived in PA when she married Jacob Bonstein [Bunstine, Bundtstein, Bundstein, Puntine] they married about 1818-19, he lived in Hecktown, PA, they married there. Then about 1856 they moved to Waverly, Iowa where they died, their daughter Sybilla Bonstein and her husband Alba C Cooper followed them a couple years later, they lived together on Alba's farm and this is where Mary and Jacob died.Jacob Borum married Catherine [Betsy] Bonstein 23 Dec 1821 and they eventually moved to Ohio and Illinois.I believe Mary and Jacob Borum were brother and sister and I am trying to find their parents and siblings, I do not know if they were originally from PA or not, would anyone happen to know anything about these people?
