Who is Rice Bostick Franklin County,, Tennessee?

Rice Bostick was in the 1820 Franklin Co., Tenn census and in the 1830 Jackson Co., AL census.

I think he may be the son of Floyd Bostick and his wife who was a Harris.Floyd's brother, William, that lived in Franklin Co., Tenn does not list Rice as a son in his will or even mention a Rice Bostick.

Does anyone know?
