MS.His heirs were his wife, Manerva Box; heirs of his daughter, Caroline Hollowell; heirs of his deceased daughter, Alabama Smith; his daughter, Virginia M. Box; his daughter, Julia F. Causey; his son, S. H. Box; and his son, J. J. Box. The deposition of his 4 tracts of land was as follows:
His homestead, the NE 1/4 Sec. 5 T2 R8E lying north of Farmington Branch was willed to his wife, Manerva for her life and then to his daughter, Virginia M.
The NW 1/4 Sec. 5 T2 R8E and the portion of SW 1/4 Sec. 5 T2 R8E lying on the East side of Brady Creek and North of Farmington Branch was willed to his son, S. H. Box.
The SW & NW 1/4s Sec. 5 T2 R8E lying west of Bridge Creek was willed to his daughter Julia F. Causey.
The SE 1/4 Sec. 32 T2 R8E and a note for $891.03 to make him even with S.H. Box to whom had previously been given $1,000 for a merchantile business with J. Davenport.
