I got so excited when I read this I think I posted my response to the wrong person. I am the great-grand-daugher of HEnry S. Boydston, fo whom the post office was named. My mother is Joeldine Kiser Elliott, daughter of Myrtle Alpha Boydston Kiser, Henry's daughter.

I can tell you more, it would take me a while to get it all together and I would also want to cconfer with mother. She is 84 and still lives near Groom.THere is a historical marker on highway 70 between Clarendon, TX and I-40. It talks about them being first settelers and the PO and the cemetary located near by. My grandmother had (I believe) only one brother. R0bert Boydston.
