Mary J Boydstun/Boystun m. Thomas G Hignight 1866 TX

I am seeking information on a Mary J Boydstun/Boystun who married Thomas Gladstone Hignight in 1866 Cooke Co TX.

I believe from family notes, that Mary J was a widow of a Boydstun when she married Thomas Hignight. The family notes say that John Wesley Hignight had a half brother named Marion Boydstun.

In the 1870 Cooke Co TX census, Thomas and Mary J have a son by the name of Marion who was born prior to their marriage. Although Marion's name is not listed as Boydstun, I believe this to be them.

Thomas G and Mary J would have then had a son John Wesley Hignight who was supposedly stolen/kidnapped and raised by his kidnappers.

Just curious if anyone might know of this story...
